The GAAS Association is a leading organization dedicated to foster innovation, collaboration, and knowledge sharing among researchers, engineers, and industry professionals working with materials and devices in the field of RF and Microwave Electronics.

The GAAS Association organizes in collaboration with EuMA the annual symposia EuMIC in the frame of the European Microwave Week, and supports conferences, workshops or Ph.D. schools that serve as a platform for the presentation of cutting-edge research, the exchange of ideas, and the discussion of the latest trends in high frequency electronics.

These events bring together experts from around the world to explore the diverse applications of III-V semiconductors in high-frequency electronics, optoelectronics, and photovoltaic systems.
In addition to symposia, the GAAS Association provides resources, networking opportunities, and educational initiatives to support the professional development of its members.

The Association is governed by a Board, as established by the General Assembly, consisting of a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 25 members, including the President, the Vice President, and the Secretary/Treasurer. The Board serves indefinitely unless resignations occur
